Product Description

1. The fire resistance grade for this material is UL94V-0, correspondingly, the hot runner is made of the steel with lower carbon contents.

2. The manifold adopts the design of mold insert and valve bush, and the runner corner of mold insert is processed independently, which above greatly reduce pressure loss at the corner and ensure a no stagnation area to avoid defects such as product yellowing.
