This series includes both positive and negative poles of PV connectors. The PC-EXL9334P material features a unique composition containing siloxane, which can lead to oil bleeding if overheated. Conversely, the internal thin cross ribs are prone to short shots at lower temperatures. By utilizing multiple sets of intelligent temperature controllers, we achieve zero-fluctuation precision and a 99% multi-cavity balance. This ensures a perfect molding process with no silicone oil exudation and no filling defects.
