Product Description

The injection molding material is PFA material (Teflon series), known as the "King of Plastics". The molding temperature is as high as 390°C. Its injection molding process has poor fluidity and is easily decomposed to produce corrosive gases.

A full hot runner is used for molding, and the product has a small unit weight of only 0.5g. In order to avoid decomposition of plastics due to long-term high temperature exposure, SOKE are fully optimized in terms of runner size, gate size, heater distribution, and steel selection, making the hot runner stable and durable!
