Product Introduction

PF100 series is a temperature controller specially developed for hot runner systems by SOKE. It operates within a temperature range of 0℃ to 600℃ and boasts comprehensive functions, stability, and durability. Utilizing a computer chip as its main control unit, it incorporates multiple digital filtering circuits, automatic interference recovery, PID control, and self-tuning capabilities. The product offers high measurement precision, various safety protection functions, and strong anti-interference ability.

• Power supply misconnection 380V protection function; in this case, inserting a temperature control card only triggers an alarm without functioning

• Thermocouple heating line confusion misconnection detection; upon startup, only an alarm is triggered without functioning

• Large current limitation for prolonged use of the temperature control card

• Linear voltage-controlled output to protect heating tubes

• Optional communication function

• Display of current and output ratio, with upper and lower limit alarms, and manual/automatic output modes
