Product Description

1.Common materials for injection molding magnets: PA6 ferrite, PA12 ferrite, PPS ferrite, PA12 NdFeB, PPS NdFeB etc, above base materials added 80% to 90% magnetic powder can be made into plastic magnet.

2.The manifold is made of the imported material from Sweden with high abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, and the temp. difference of each nozzle controlled within 5°C guarantee the consistency of strength and magnetic properties of each cavity.
