The product is small and the runners are easy to carbonize and unbalanced. The customer was using German brand hot runners and needed to clean the runners every 15 days and the maintenance cycle was long. After evaluating the product structure, weight and other factors, SOKE recalculated the runner storage capacity and optimized the runner and heat pipe arrangement for the plastic characteristics, which greatly improved the production stability and product quality.
