Congratulations to SOKE for Winning the Innovation Product Award with "Energy-Saving Hot Nozzle"

Recently, Soke's "Energy-Saving Hot Runner (Hot Nozzle)" was awarded the Innovation Product Award in the "2022 China Injection Molding Industry Innovation TOP10 Selection" organized by the Injection Molding Products Professional Committee of the China Plastic Processing Industry Association (referred to as CPPIA Injection Committee).

 

This event, hosted by the CPPIA Injection Committee, aims to select innovative products with strong innovation capabilities, high technical levels, good performance, and positive industry evaluations. It also aims to recommend supply-side enterprises with strong service awareness, comprehensive capabilities, multiple typical cases, and good industry reputation, truly supporting the high-quality development of the injection molding industry, aligning with the development path of "specialization, refinement, specialization, and novelty" for manufacturing enterprises, and building an industrial ecosystem on the supply side.

 

 

 

The energy-saving hot runner (hot nozzle), which won the Innovation Product Award, is Soke's independently developed sixth-generation new type of hot nozzle. Through design improvements and process upgrades, it significantly reduces energy consumption compared to traditional hot nozzles, saving over 30% in electricity consumption. The product has obtained a national utility model patent with patent number: ZL201822152354.4. In fact, this product has previously won similar awards. As early as the end of 2018, the energy-saving hot nozzle received the Guangdong Machinery Mold Industry Innovation Achievement Award. Over the past three years of large-scale application, the product's production stability and outstanding energy-saving effects have been praised by many listed group customers. The energy-saving hot runner not only reduces electricity costs but also shortens the molding cycle compared to cold runners, truly achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and enhancing injection molding productivity.
